Payment options:
Credit Cards: We accept the following credit cards for online
purchases:
Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Gift Certificates: To redeem a gift certificate, select a gift and begin the ordering process.
You will be asked for your certificate number at Step 2 during checkout. Even if the amount of your certificate is
greater than the amount of your purchase, we'll still need your credit card to process your order. After you enter
your credit card number, you will see a box marked Gift Certificate. Simply enter your gift certificate code, and when
you are finished, click the Submit Information button. The amount of the certificate will then be deducted from your
final order total. Please use only one certificate per order.

Sales tax: Sales tax is automatically applied to your order
in accordance
with individual state regulations.
Orders:
Order status and history: We will send updates regarding the
status of your
order, including when your item(s) ship, to the e-mail address
you provided
when ordering.
Registered customers: Please click Sign In to access web order
status and
history.
Non-registered customers: You may request information via
e-mail, or by
calling 760-603-9400. Please provide the order confirmation
number.
Order cancellation: You may cancel any order as long as the
order status is
"in process." If order status is "shipped," it
cannot be canceled.
Merchandise and availability: We do our very best to keep
all of your
favorite products stocked and available to you when you want
them. In the
event that we are out of something, we might suggest another
product that we
believe you will like just as well.
Shipping information:
We strive to make the delivery of your order as quick and
easy as possible.
We ship through UPS.
We offer FREE UPS Ground Delivery on single orders (no multiple ship-to orders ) of $100 and over!
We ship to the 50 United States and military APO/FPO addresses.
Expedited delivery options are available. Please note we must
receive your
request for expedited shipping prior to 1:00 pm PST, and all
expedited
orders are subject to product availability.
Currently we do not ship to International locations.
Multiple ship-to addresses:

Order Turnaround Time:
Standard shipping orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday
through Friday.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are shipped
the following
business day.
Standard ground shipments will take 1-6 business days to arrive
depending on
which state you ship to. 2-Day and Next Day deliveries will
arrive within 2
business days or the next business day. Please allow extra
time when
shipping to remote rural areas. Orders shipping to APO/FPO
addresses can
take 10+ days for delivery. When your order ships you will
receive a
Shipping Confirmation email via UPS with a tracking number
and direct link
you can use to track your order.
Exchanges and Returns:
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you
are unsatisfied
for any reason, please return your purchase for an exchange
or credit.
Contact us within 14 days of the date of purchase. You will
be given a
Return Authorization Code.
Damaged Shipments: Product(s) damaged during shipping will
be replaced at no
charge. Save the package and all contents and follow the return
instructions
below. Replacement product(s) will be shipped via standard
ground shipping
at no charge, once we receive your return package.
Exchanges: We apologize if Bath Splendor sent you product(s)
in error. We
will gladly send you the proper selection, once we receive
your return,
providing the item(s) is unopened, in its original packaging,
and not
damaged. We will also reimburse you the shipping fees on the
original
purchase. Please follow the return instructions below.
Return: If you are unsatisfied with your selection, we will
issue you a
refund or credit for the price of the products you returned
(including tax,
if any), once we receive your return package, providing the
item(s) is
unopened, in its original packaging, and not damaged. Unfortunately,
Bath
Splendor cannot refund the original shipping and handing fees,
nor can it
pay for the shipping and handling costs of the return.
Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive and process your
refund. We
will contact you via email to inform you that the refund has
been issued.
Return Instructions:
• Carefully package the item(s) in the original shipping box
or any suitable
shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect
the product(s).
• Insuring your package protects you in case the items
are damaged or lost
in transit.
