About Karen Kogut, founder of Bath Splendor

Karen Kogut, who comes from a long line of bath-takers, became smitten early on with the whole bath experience.  Her love for the tub was sealed when her father installed an extra-long bathtub in their home to accommodate his own love for the bath.  

And it was this life-long passion for "all things bath" that steered Karen into creating BathSplendor.com in 2004.

"Turning something I've always loved into a business is incredibly exciting to me," says Karen.  "Many of us already understand the appeal of taking the time for a bath; for others, it is something that we want to do, but want guidance and support to do it well.  It only takes an extra ten minutes a day to nourish our bodies, minds, and spirits with superior, natural ingredients specifically blended for our needs."

Turning personal passions into successful careers isn't new to the Austin, Texas native, whose prior professional lives include multi-unit store retailer and Interior Designer for five-star international hotels.
